Learn to Knit Class: Beginner Washcloth!
Join us for a fun and relaxed introduction to the art of knitting! In this two-part class (two 1-hour sessions), you’ll learn all the basics to get you started on your knitting journey. We’ll cover:

🧶 How to cast on, knit, and purl, yarn over, and decreasing— the essential stitches every knitter needs.
📖 How to read a knitting pattern and understand common abbreviations and symbols.
🎨 Tips for choosing yarn and needles, plus how to keep your stitches even and neat.

By the end of the course, you’ll complete your very own washcloth — a perfect handmade accent or thoughtful gift!

🗓 Class Details:
This is a two-week course that meets on the same day each week for 1 hour per session. You’ll begin your project during the first class and finish it during the second class the following week.

No experience needed — just bring your curiosity and enthusiasm.

Yarn: 1 skein of any cotton yarn in the store.

Needle: size US5 or US6 knitting needles
